RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Standard stocked items may be returned with prior approval, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Cut-to-length hoses and custom-made hose assemblies are non-returnable unless supplied incorrectly or found defective.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items should be reported promptly so our team can assist with the appropriate solution.
